Personal data
The claireleroy.studio site offers a contact form whose use is subject to the following conditions:

• The data collected (name, email address, message content) is used solely to respond to the sender's request.
• It is not retained beyond the time required to handle the request, and for no more than 12 months after the last contact.
• It is not transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.
• Form submissions are routed through Resend, a transactional email provider based in the United States and certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Bot protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which collects no personally identifiable data.

In accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of personal data concerning you. To exercise this right, write to contact@claireleroy.studio.
